How do I access my course?
- Navigate to the ABC Trainerize Academy at:
- Login to your account using the same email you used to sign-up >

Once logged in, you can start or resume any courses that you have registered for from your dashboard >
How long do I have access to a course after purchase?
- There is no set time limit for completing or accessing course material that you have purchased through the ABC Trainerize Academy.
How do I access my certificate after competing a course?
- Upon completing a course, you can access your certification right away via clicking the GET YOUR CERTIFICATE button.
If you have left the course page without accessing your certificate, you can still do so with a few simple steps. (below)
- Navigate to the ABC Trainerize Academy > Login to your student account >
- Click your Username in the upper righthand corner of the screen > Select My Account from the drop down menu options >
- Click on the Certificates tab > Hit the View button next to your desired certificate, which will take you to a page where you can view, share, and download your certification.

What is the refund policy?
Refund policy criteria:
- You may request a refund within our 48hrs of starting your course and it is less than 50% complete. Both criteria must be met to be eligible for a refund.
How refunds work:

Requests must be sent to: academy.support@trainerize.com
- If the refund policy criteria is met (see above) your refund will be approved and processed.

Once processed, you will receive refund receipt with a tracking number.

Note: Once a refund has processed– some Banks have a delay associated with the return of funds to your account– this is outside the control of ABC Traienrize.
