Whether you’re switching platforms, consolidating accounts, or creating a backup, this guide explains what information can and cannot be exported from your ABC Trainerize account.
What Information Can Be Exported
1. Client List Information (via CSV):
You can easily export a list of your clients with their basic details. This option is ideal for transferring a list of clients from one Trainerize account to another or simply keeping a backup of your client base.
The following client data is included in the CSV file:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Trainer name
While the CSV export is a quick and simple way to move client data between accounts, it does not include any client history, programs, or training progress. Only client names and contact details are exported.
To export a client list:
- Log in to your ABC Trainerize account on the web.
- Navigate to the Clients tab from the left-hand menu.
- Select all clients (or choose specific ones).
- Click the Export icon to download the CSV file to your device.

2. Workouts and Programs (via PDF):
It is not possible to export or transfer workouts or programs from ABC Trainerize. You can, however, save them as PDF files. This is useful if you would like a hard copy or digital backup of your training content.
To save a workout or program as a PDF:
- Open the workout or program you wish to export.
- Use the built-in "Print" option in Trainerize and select Save as PDF.
This method allows you to keep a permanent record of the training content you’ve created, but note that it’s not directly transferable to other Trainerize accounts or apps.

What Information Cannot Be Exported
Client-specific data, such as workout history, progress statistics, body measurements, and program adherence, cannot be exported. This is to ensure the security and privacy of sensitive client data.
ABC Trainerize also does not allow the transfer of programs, workout templates, or training phases from one account to another separate account.
