This article explains how to log in and manage more than one ABC Trainerize account (trainer or client) on both the web and mobile app.
Accessing Accounts on the Web
On the web, you can be logged into two different ABC Trainerize business at the same time, as long as they have different web addresses.
- Each ABC Trainerize business has its own unique web address (e.g., businessname.trainerize.com)
- To switch accounts, simply open a separate browser tab or window and log in using the other business's web address.
- If you have more than one trainer account within the same ABC Trainerize business (same web address), you cannot be logged in to them simultaneouslyly. The above method only works for different businesses with different URLs.
Accessing Accounts on the Mobile App
On the mobile app, you can only be logged into one business at a time. You will need to log out before logging into another business, as there is no way to switch accounts while being logged in.
When logging into an account using an email address associated with different businesses, there is an option to "Select a Business" from the login screen. From there, you can select the correct business account and log in using your credentials.
Workaround for iOS users:
A common workaround for iOS users is to utilize our Peak Fitness demo app. You can use the Peak Fitness app on your iPhone to be logged into one account/business, and the ABC Trainerize fitness app to be logged into another. Workaround for Android Users:
If you have a Custom Branded App, your Google Play Store listing is a standalone app. You can log into one business/account on your Custom Branded App, and another account using the ABC Trainerize Android fitness app.
Clients Signing Up with a Second Trainer
If you are a client already working with one trainer and sign up with another trainer from a different business:
- After setting up your account with the new trainer, you will be directed to download and open the ABC Trainerize fitness app.
- If you already have the app installed, it will simply open to your original account.
- To access your new account, you must log out of the app and log back in with the email and password linked to your second trainer.
If one (or both) of your trainers uses a branded fitness app (separate from the main Trainerize app):
- The invitation email will direct you to download that specific business's app.
- You can then be logged into one account in the Trainerize app and another account in the business's app, without needing to log out each time.
