This article will cover how to log in and navigate more than one ABC Trainerize account (client or trainer) on both the web and mobile platforms.
Accessing Accounts on the Web
On the web, you can be logged in simultaneously to two different ABC Trainerize business. Each ABC Trainerize business has its own unique web address. It's important to ensure that you are logged in using the correct web address for different accounts.
Please note: If you have more than one trainer account within the same ABC Trainerize business, you cannot be logged in at the same time. The above method only works for different businesses/ web addresses.
Accessing Accounts on the Mobile App
On the mobile app, you cannot be logged in simultaneously to two different ABC Trainerize businesses or switch between accounts while logged in. To access another ABC Trainerize account, you will need to log out and log back in.
When logging into an account using an email address associated with different businesses, there is an option to "Select a Business" from the login screen. From there, you can select the correct business account and log in using your credentials.
Workaround for iOS users:
A common workaround for iOS users is to utilize our Peak Fitness demo app. You can use the Peak Fitness app on your iPhone to be logged into one account/business, and the ABC Trainerize fitness app to be logged into another. Workaround for Android Users:
If you have a Custom Branded App, your Google Play Store listing is a standalone app. You can log into one business/account on your Custom Branded App, and another account using the ABC Trainerize Android fitness app.
