Why Can't I See a Tab/Button on my Web Browser?

 

We've noticed that some devices may inadvertently zoom in on our web browser, causing certain elements of the Trainerize web app to not display properly, such as missing buttons and tabs.

 

Below are the instances to which our team has identified this occurring:

  • The 'Settings' tab in the left-hand menu is missing
  • Difficulty accessing the 'Add' button when scheduling an auto-message on a program calendar.
  • The workout builder interface may be cut off at the bottom and sides of the screen.

If you encounter these issues, it's likely due to your browser's magnification settings. To resolve this, please zoom out of your browser to ensure all buttons and tabs are visible on your web account.

For Macbook users: Press Command (⌘) and the minus (-) key to zoom out of the browser.

For PC users: Press Control (Ctrl) and the minus (-) key to zoom out of the browser.
