Turning on auto-fill stats will auto-populate stats from the same exercise that was completed previously. This is a great time saver for same-type workouts where you or your client will complete similar reps and sets!

How to turn exercise stats auto-fill on or off:
- Exercise stats auto-fill is a feature that is only available on mobile.
- In the mobile app, navigate to a workout > Hit the blue START button >
- Toggle the Auto-fill stats slider to the desired position (ON: Blue, OFF: Grey)
Track exercise stats with autofill:
- In the mobile app, navigate to a workout > Hit the blue START button >
- Follow your regular workout flow > Exercises that you have completed before (in past workouts) will auto-populate with the stats from your last session.
- If a workout stat is left blank, there is no data to auto-fill > Input your workout information as usual and it will populate next time!
What workout types can I use exercise stats auto-fill with?
- This feature is available for:
- Regular workouts, Circut workouts, and interval workouts.
