At ABC Trainerize, fostering seamless communication between clients and trainers is crucial for a successful fitness journey. Changing Between Different Conversations in the Mobile Application
Note that upon first sign-in, a client's conversation will always be set to the direct messages between them and their assigned trainer. However, clients will be able to flip back and forth to other messages/conversations (including any group messages they have received) by holding down the icon of their trainer in the bottom right corner of the application. This will pull up the list of all conversations they are part of.
The list of current conversations/messages can also be accessed on the mobile application by tapping the name of the individual(s) at the top of the messenger when viewing a message. This will drop down a menu of all conversations the individual is part of and works for both clients or trainers logged into the mobile application.
