You may have encountered an issue where your progress tiles don't update when you change the dates on the dashboard. In this article, we'll explore the reasons behind this behavior and how you can view previous progress tile stats.
Why Progress Tiles Don't Update
When you utilize the navigation arrows (< and >) on your dashboard to switch the date, this action only affects the scheduled activities on your calendar and 'Things To Do Today' section. The progress tiles, however, consistently show the latest information collected by the app, regardless of the date changes made on the calendar.
How To Find Previous Stats
If you or your clients wish to review previous data, you can do so by clicking on the progress tile itself. Opening the progress tile, for Step data as an example, will lead you to the progress tab dedicated to that specific activity. Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all previous logs collected, organized by date.

Progress Tile Data Synced from an Integration
If the progress tile data is being synced from an integration such as Apple Health, Google Health, Garmin, Fitbit, or Withings, ensure the connection to the integration is successful and permissions are configured accurately for data to sync properly.
Note: To "push" updated information from integrations to ABC Trainerize, you can go into your More tab > select the integration you wish to update > and push the Sync Now button to process a manual sync.
