Use Program Filters to Find and Import Programs from the Trainerize Program Library

What are program filters? 

Program filters are used to sort and "filter" the programming and workout content located in the Trainerize Program Library. 

You can search the library by filtering by the program/workout type you are looking for– this could mean filtering by difficulty, workout Length, equipment used in a workout, and more! 

How can I use program filters to search the TZ Program Libaray? 

Navigate to the Trainerize Program library– you can do this from your master programs page, or a client's program by (see below):

•  Master Programs tab:
  
  Hit the blue NEW button > Select Browse Trainerize Library > This will bring up the Trainerize Program Libary
  

  
  
  
  
  • • • Note: Programs imported via the Master Libraries tab will be saved into the Master Libraries folder that you select (personal or shared).  
        
        
• Client's Program Tab:
   
  Hit the blue ADD button > Select Browse Trainerize Library > This will bring up the Trainerize Program Libary
  
  
  
  
  • • Note: Importing a program from the Trainerize Libary directly through the Client's Program tab, will result in you subscribing that client to the selected program. 
      

Once you've opened the Trainerize program library, you can set the parameters of your search by selecting program filters.

• Click the Filter by dropdown menu > Select your chosen filter (EX: Difficulty) > 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Select a Secondary Filter option to refine your search (Ex: select Advanced to see advanced programming) > 
  
  
  
  
  

How to import a workout or a program from the Trainerize Program Library? 

Import a program to your master library by:

• Select a program after applying filters >  
  
  
  
  
  
• Hit the blue IMPORT button > SAVE to Shared or Personal folder 
  
  

OR - Import a workout from a program to your library: 

• Select a program after applying filters (See above) > Click the specific workout you would like to import to your master workouts folder >
  
  
  
  
  
• Hit the blue IMPORT button > SAVE to Shared or Personal folder
  
  
  
  
  

OR - Import and subscribe a program directly to a specific client:

• Select a program after applying filters (see above) > Select the blue IMPORT AND SUBSCRIBE button > 
  
  
    
  
  • • Note: Importing content directly from the program library into a client's program page– will result in them being subscribed to the program that you have selected.
