Program Filters make it easier than ever to find and import the right program from the Trainerize Program Library. By refining your search based on different criteria, you can quickly locate pre-built programs that match your training style and client needs.
What Are Program Filters?
Program filters allow you to sort and filter the programs and workouts available in the Trainerize Program Library. You can search the library by filtering based on:
- Type
- Focus
- Difficulty
- Equipment
- Program Duration
- Workout Length
How Can I Use Program Filters to Search the Trainerize Program Library?
You can browse the Trainerize Program Library from two locations in your account:
1. From the Master Programs Tab:
- Select the blue NEW drop-down and click Browse Trainerize Library.
2. From the Client's Program tab:
- Select the blue ADD drop-down and click Browse Trainerize Library.
Note: Importing a program from the Trainerize Libary directly through the Client's Program tab will subscribe the client to the selected program.
Once you've opened the Trainerize Program Library from the Master Program tab or client's account, you can set the parameters of your search by selecting program filters.
- Simply select the Filter by dropdown menu and choose a filter (e.g., Difficulty):
- Apply a Secondary Filter option to refine your search (e.g., Advanced):
How to Import Programs and Workouts from the Trainerize Program Library
1. Import a program to your Master Program Library:
- Select a program after applying filters.
- Hit the blue IMPORT drop-down and choose to save the program in your Shared or Personal Folder.
2. Import a workout from a program to your Master Workout Library:
- Select a program after applying filters and click the specific workout you would like to import.
- Hit the blue IMPORT drop-down and choose to save the program into your Shared or Personal Folder.
3. Import and subscribe a program directly to a specific client:
- Select a program after applying filters and select the blue IMPORT AND SUBSCRIBE button. This will subscribe the client to the Master Program.
