Steps to Mass Delete Calendar Items
1. Navigate to the Calendar
- Log in to your Trainerize web account and access the Calendar section of your Master Program or Client's Program.
2. Click on the 'Trash Can' Icon
- Locate and click on the 'Trash can' icon, positioned in the top-right corner of the Calendar interface. This action will initiate the process of mass deleting events.
3. Pick the Date Range
- After clicking the 'Trash can' icon, a pop-up window will appear. Here, you can select the date range for the events you want to delete. This allows you to target specific periods and streamline your calendar management.
4. Select Program and Choose Calendar Item Status (Client's Calendar only)
- On a client's calendar, you can choose which program you would like to remove calendar items from as well as the scope of deletion by item status:
- All Items: Will capture both scheduled and completed items within the date range provided.
- Scheduled/Missed: Will only capture scheduled items that have not yet been completed within the date range.
- Completed: Will only capture items that have been marked as completed on the client's account for that date range.
5. Select Calendar Items to Clear
- The pop-up window will display a list of calendar items to delete. Browse through the list and choose the specific events you want to clear. You can select multiple events at once.
6. Confirm Deletion
- Once you've selected the events to delete, select the 'Clear' button to finalize the mass deletion process. You will be prompted to confirm your action to prevent accidental deletions.
Note: Any and all instances of the calendar item category that are selected will be removed entirely on the calendar date range and cannot be undone. Please only select the category that you need to remove.

Q: Why can't I delete auto-messages on my client's calendar?
A: You can, however, you must select 'All Items'. This will delete all auto-messages, both scheduled and completed, within the date range selected. Please ensure to deselect other calendar items so completed workouts, cardio, body stats, etc., are not accidentally deleted as well.
