The regenerate button allows you to quickly edit your client's meal plan or to reset all of your client's meal options at once!

How to Regenerate a client's Meal Plan Options:
- On your client's meal plan select the blue REGENERATE Button >
- Select the blue REGENERATE button in the pop-up > All meal options will have been reset!
How to Edit a Client's Smart Meal Plan:
- On your client's meal plan select the blue REGENERATE Button >
- Change the details of your client's meal plan within the pop-up >

EX: Select a new number of sample days, adjust dietary preferences, caloric goals, macro goals, etc.

- Hit the blue REGENERATE Button to save!
How to regenerate your own Smart Meal Plan (for clients):
Mobile:
Modify your dietary restrictions, dietary, preferences, number of sample days, and/or swap out all meal options at once for a refresh on your plan!
- Navigate to your meal plan (select the Fork and Knife icon on the bottom of your screen) >
- Hit the three-dot menu (...) at the top of your screen > Select any preferences you would like to adjust (if any) > Hit the blue Save button to save any changes made to your plan and/or to simply swap out all meal options.
Web:

- Select the Meal Plan tab > hit the blue REGENERATE button >
- Select any preferences you would like to adjust (if any) > Hit the blue REGENERATE button to save any changes made to your plan and/or to simply swap out all meal options.
