Known Issue: Program Descriptions Not Displaying on Web Application

We're currently investigating a known issue where program descriptions are not appearing on the web application due to screen resolution. While this may be affecting your ability to view the information, rest assured that the text is not gone. Clients can still access and view program descriptions on their mobile apps without any disruptions.


Temporary Workaround

In the meantime, to work around the limitation caused by this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Text Box:

    • If you notice that the text box appears incomplete or cut off, simply click on it to reveal the entire program description.


  2. Adjust Browser Zoom:

    • Sometimes, the text cut-off issue may be a result of the browser zoom setting. Follow these steps to adjust the zoom:
      • Press Ctrl + 0 (Windows) or Command + 0 (Mac) to reset the zoom to its default level.
      • If the issue persists, try zooming out by pressing Ctrl + - (Windows) or Command + - (Mac) until the text displays correctly.
      • Alternatively, manually adjust this through your browser settings. If you're using Google Chrome, access the Zoom settings by selecting the "More" option.
