Client Invitation Email
When you add a client to your ABC Trainerize account, they'll receive an Invitation Email with the following details:
1. Link to Set Up Their Account
- Clients will use this link to create a login password, coplere their profile, and fill out a consultation form (if this option is enabled by the owner account).
2. Links to Download the ABC Trainerize Mobile App (iOS/Android)
- Clients are directed to download the app for their device.
- If you have a Pro Custom Branded App, the Google Play store link will direct you to your own app. The Apple app store link will direct to the ABC Trainerize app only and branding is applied upon sign-in.
3. Your Unique Web Address (Domain)
- Example: http://YourSite.trainerize.com
- The domain is used to log into the web version of ABC Trainerize.

Setting Up a Client Account
Once clients receive the invitation email, they should:
- Click the setup link.
- Create a secure password and fill out their profile information.
- Use the links in the email to download the ABC Trainerize app for iOS or Android.
- Sign in using the email and password created during setup.
Logging Into the Web and Mobile App as a Client
Mobile App Access:
The mobile app is designed to offer the best client experience. Through the app, clients can:
- View their training programs and calendar schedule.
- Start workouts and log stats.
- Communicate with their trainer and groups.
- Track nutrition, habits, and fitness goals.
- And more!
Web Access:
Clients can log in to the web version via the unique domain URL provided in their invitation email. However, web access has limited functionality for clients compared to the mobile app.
Note that clients who have purchased products can only update their billing information on the web version of ABC Trainerize (not the mobile app). For more details, visit: How Can Clients Update Their Billing Information?
