How To Resend the Client Invitation, Consultation Form or Reset Password Email

If your client hasn't received their invitation email to activate their account, you can easily resend it. The activation link within the invitation email is valid for 30 days. You can also use the same steps below to resend the consultation form or reset a client's password.

Steps to Resend the Invitation Email, Consultation Form, or Reset Password Email

  1. Login to your ABC Trainerize web account
  2. Navigate to the Clients tab from the left-hand menu 
  3. Click the checkbox to the left of the client avatar to select the clients(s)
  4. Select the Resend or 'Airplane' icon from the Client menu and choose which email you would like to resend from the drop-down list

Resending Invitation

After selecting Invitation from the client menu drop-down, click 'Send Invitation Mailer':

Copying the Setup Link

As an alternative option, you can manually copy and send the setup link to a client. This is a great option if the client has not received the initial invitation email, or if you are with the client in person and would like them to set up their account on the stop! Once received, the client will simply paste the setup link into a new browser window and follow the on-screen steps.

Resending Consultation Form

After selecting Consultation Form from the client menu drop-down, click 'Send Consultation Form'. This will send your clients an in-app message with a link to complete the consultation form:

Resetting Client Password

After selecting Password Reset from the client menu drop-down, click 'Reset Password':

Note that clients can also reset their password by selecting the 'Forgot Password/Resend Invite' option on the mobile app sign-in page.
