How To Reset A Client's Password

If a client forgets their password, you can send them a password reset link directly from your ABC Trainerize account.  

To send a reset link:

1. Log in to your ABC Trainerize web account.
2. Navigate to the Clients tab from the left-hand menu.
3. Click the checkbox to the left of the client who requires a password reset.
4. Click the Send dropdown and select Reset Password.

Your client will receive an automated email with a link to reset their password.
