Once you've built workouts and created a training phase for your client, you can then schedule Workouts, Cardio, Habits, Photo and Body Stats reminders directly into their calendar- or the calendar of a Master Program. Your client will recieve a notification on the day the events are scheduled into their calendar as a reminder to complete them. Any auto messages you schedule are sent as an instant message and will not appear in advance on the client's calendar.
Watch this video on how to setup your client's calendars with multiple programs:
Understanding Program Calendars
For a deeper dive into how different program calendars stack up, refer to this article.
Before setting up a client's calendar, ensure you have their programs and workouts ready. In the example below our client, Steph, has two subscribed programs:
- A phased program
- An on-demand program
On the client's Calendar tab, you will see both programs listed. Selecting them (as shown below) will display them on the calendar. If you de-select one or all programs, they will disappear from view.
Both programs and events are colour-coded for easy identification. Completed events will appear as a solid colour with a checkmark, while future schedule events will appear as outlined/hollow without a checkmark.
Adding Events to the Calendar
1. Navigate to the client's calendar tab (or Master Program calendar) and click on the day you want to schedule an event.
2. From the pop-up window, select from one of the following event types:
- Workout- Choose a workout from the current training phase or build a new Workout of the Day (WOD).
- Cardio- Select a cardio option and set a target (optional).
- Appointment- Schedule a 1-1 in person or virtual appointment with the client.
- Body Stats- Schedule body measurement tracking.
- Photos- Set reminders for progress photos.
- Auto-messages- Schedule automated messages that will sent to clients via the in-app messenger on a specified time.
3. Use the Setup repeat option to schedule the event on the same day each week for a specifed number of weeks
4. Click Add to confirm the event and add it to the calendar.
Any scheduled events will now appear on the client's calendar tab as well as 'Things To Do Today' tab within the mobile app.
You can also manage calendar visibility for individual clients, or all clients business-wide. This setting determines how far in advance cleints can view scheduled events on their calendar. Visit Managing client calendar visibility (individual and company wide) to learn more.
