Deactivating an active client in your ABC Trainerize account allows their historical data to stay intact while removing them from your active coaching client list. This feature can be useful when a client takes a break, but may return in the future!
What Happens When a Client is Deactivated?
A deactivated client:
- No longer counts towards your coaching client limit. Deactivated clients will appear in your Deactivated client folder under the Clients tab.
- Cannot log into their ABC Trainerize account. This means deactivated clients lose app sign-in access.
- Retains their historical data, including progress, messages and past workouts.
- Can be reactivated at any time.
