How to manage client permissions for workouts

There are a variety of permission settings that you can set for your clients. In this article, we will go over permissions that cover workouts. These settings will apply to all clients you have in your account. To learn more about the permissions that you can assign based on client types, refer to this article. 

  1. Log in to your Trainerize web account
  2. Navigate to the Settings > Permissions tab
  3. Scroll down to the "Workout Rescheduling and Deletion" sub-section

Strict Mode

  • Choose this option if you want full control of scheduling your clients' workouts. Clients will be able to reschedule workouts, but not delete them. This gives an accurate compliance snapshot as uncompleted items always show up as missed.

Loose Mode

  • Choose this option if you want clients to be able to move and delete calendar items according to their schedule. This option still allows you to loosely schedule items as suggestions of things to do. 

Allow clients to build own WOD: This will let clients create and log their own workouts (WOD's) through the mobile app. 

 

Notify clients when a trainer updates their training phase: This will notify a client if you or another trainer on your ABC Trainerize account has updated their training phase.
