Some clients may prefer printed workouts to follow along or manually track progress on paper. The Print feature makes it easy to generate a workout handout that includes instructions, images, a tracking sheet, and even a section for previous stats that clients can use to track their progress!
You can print individual workouts or an entire training phase from your web account by following one of the methods below.
Option 1: Print from the Training Program Page
- Log in to your ABC Trainerize web account and navigate to a client's profile.
- Click Training Program from the left-hand client menu.
- Select the Training Phase that contains the workouts you wish to print.
- Click the three-dot icon menu on the right side of the workout.
- This will open a separate window in the browser to print the workout.
- At the top of the new window, click Print.
Option 2: Print from the Workout on the Calendar
- On your ABC Trainerize web account, navigate to the Calendar tab of your client's profile.
- Click on any Workout scheduled in the calendar (workouts must be scheduled for them to appear)
- Click on the Print icon in the top right of the pop-up box.
Option 3: Print an Entire Training Phase
- Log in to your ABC Trainerize web account and navigate to a client's profile.
- Click Training Program from the left-hand client menu.
- Select the Training Phase that contains the workouts you wish to print.
- Click the Print icon at the top right of the Training Phase, or click the three-dot icon menu beside the name of the phase and click Print.
- This will open a separate window to print the entire Training Phase and all of the workouts in the phase.
- At the top of the new window, click Print.
Can Clients Print Their Own Workouts?
Yes! Clients can also print their own workouts using the web version of ABC Trainerize:
- From their Training Program page.
- From a workout on their Things To Do today section.
- By printing an entire training phase, including past phases.
