ABC Trainerize offers seamless communication between you and your clients through real-time, in-app, and web messaging. Enhance client engagement by utilizing features like typing awareness indicators, file attachments, video sharing, and voice messaging!
Viewing Messages on the Web
- Login to your Trainerize web account.
- Select the Messages tab from the left-hand menu.
- Conversations are listed in the left-hand column. Clicking a specific conversation selects the conversation and displays it in the center of the screen.
Viewing Messages on the Mobile App
- Log onto your ABC Trainerize mobile app.
- Tap on the Messages icon located at the bottom menu.
- Choose a conversation you want to view from the list.
Attaching a File
You can upload and send clients important PDF's and documents directly through the web messenger! Files up to 10MB can be uploaded.
Viewing Attachments
On the web, any files shared in direct messages between the trainer and the client can be viewed easily on the right-hand side of the screen under Files.
On the mobile app, trainers (and clients) can tap on the "i" icon at the top right of their screens to view any attachments that were sent in the message thread. This is a quick and easy way to access files, regardless of how far back they were sent.
Sending Videos and Images
You can send images and videos to clients in messages! Videos can be a maximum of 60 seconds and can only be sent through the mobile app. Videos cannot be sent on the web.
Use these for daily motivation and boosting engagement with your clients. You and your clients are able to save and download the videos and photos for later use.
Sending Voice Messages
You can now send voice messages up to 5 minutes to clients directly within the messenger on web or mobile! Learn more about sending voice messages to your clients here.
Sending a Product Offer

Sharing Appointment Availability

When a client is actively typing a message you will be able to know by the typing awareness indicator (the three moving dots) by their name to indicate who is typing:
