Security in Trainerize and working with Stripe

How does Trainerize keep my information safe and where is the sensitive data stored?

Trainerize integrates with the incredibly powerful and safe Stripe Payment gateway. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

Encryption of sensitive data and communication

All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and stored on Stripe's servers. Trainerize does not handle any of the card numbers.

Concerns

Stripe's security team rapidly investigates all reported security issues. If you believe you’ve discovered a bug in Stripe’s security, please get in touch at security@stripe.com
