How To Remove an Add-on Subscription

As an account owner, you can access and manage your add-on subscriptions via the following steps:

1. Log in to your Trainerize web account.
2. Navigate to the Settings > Billing section.
3. Scroll down to "Add-on Subscriptions".

Steps to Cancel an Add-on Subscription

Each add-on has its own 'Cancel auto-renew' button. Select the add-on that you wish to cancel and follow the prompts:

When you choose to cancel an add-on subscription, certain features associated with that add-on will no longer be available.
