As an Account Owner, you can manage your add-on subscriptions from the Billing section of your web account:
- Log in to your Trainerize web account.
- Navigate to the Settings > Billing section.
- Scroll down to "Add-on Subscriptions".
Steps to Cancel an Add-on Subscription
When cancelling an add-on subscription, the add-on will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Any features available with the add-on will be unavailable once it expires.
Each add-on has its own Cancel subscription button. Select the add-on that you wish to cancel and follow the prompts:
Once your billing period ends:
- The add-on will no longer renew
- Features associated with that add-on will be unavailable
- Your base subscription plan remains unchanged
What Happens When an Add-on is Cancelled?
We have outlined the outcome of cancelling each add-on below:
Stripe Integrated Payments:
- You will no longer be able to process payments through Trainerize.
- All active or pending recurring products will be cancelled and cannot be resumed if you upgrade later. You will need to invoice your clients again.
Advanced Nutrition Coaching:
- Nutrition coaching tools and features will no longer be accessible.
- This includes the Smart Meal Planner, Flexible Meal Planner, Discover tab and Nutrition Center.
Video Coaching:
- Video coaching features will no longer be available.
- This includes video calling and video workout streaming.
- Clients will not be able to join scheduled video calls or stream video workouts.
Business Add-on:
- Advanced business features included in this add-on will no longer be available.
- This includes Video Coaching, Stripe Integrated Payments, prospect booking, client referrals, and announcements.
- Clients will not be able to join scheduled video calls or stream video workouts.
- Stripe will be disabled. All active and pending recurring products will be cancelled and cannot be resumed if you upgrade later. You will need to invoice your clients again.
- Clients will no longer be able to send referral links to invoice new users through the app.
- Prospects will no longer be able to book meetings with you. All upcoming meetings scheduled through your booking page will be removed from your calendar. Your booking page will be disabled.
- Clients will no longer receive or see any notifications or banners. All existing announcements (live or scheduled) will be disabled and deleted.
How to Turn an Add-on Back on
You can re-enable an add-on at any time within the Settings > Billing section of your ABC Trainerize web account.
To do so, select the blue Buy button next to the add-on and follow the on screen prompts to active it again.
