FitMetrics adds AI-powered coaching and automation tools to ABC Trainerize. The add-on allows you to use your existing Trainerize client information to support check-ins, meal analysis, client follow-up, and other routine coaching workflows.
When you connect to FitMetrics for the first time, you’ll start with a 14-day trial. Follow the steps below to start your trial and connect FitMetrics.

Start Your 14-Day FitMetrics Trial
- Sign in to your ABC Trainerize owner account on the web.
- Navigate to the FitMetrics tab from the left navigation menu.
- Select Start 14-day Trial.

From the add-ons page, choose the Starter or Scale FitMetrics plan. You can compare the latest features and pricing on the FitMetrics plans and pricing page.
- Select Proceed to Checkout.
- Review your selected plan, number of clients, billing information, and monthly price after the trial.
- Review and accept the trial renewal terms.
- Select Place Order.
- From the confirmation screen, select Open FitMetrics to continue setting up your account. You can also select Book a call to schedule an onboarding call.
The FitMetrics trial begins with $0 due. At the end of the 14 days, your selected plan (Starter or Scale) will continue as a paid monthly add-on unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Note: If you’ve already used your 14-day FitMetrics trial, you’ll see Buy FitMetrics instead of Start 14-day Trial. You’ll be charged the amount shown at checkout when you place your order.
Complete Your FitMetrics Setup
After you open FitMetrics, follow the on-screen instructions to finish setting up your account.
As part of the setup, you’ll be asked to verify your Trainerize account. This confirms the Trainerize business you’re connecting to FitMetrics and allows the connection to be completed.
There’s no Trainerize API key to create or copy. Once setup is complete, FitMetrics will automatically begin importing your Trainerize client history. The initial import typically takes 24–48 hours.
To return to FitMetrics later, sign in to Trainerize on the web and navigate back to the FitMetrics tab.

How FitMetrics Billing Works
Your monthly FitMetrics cost is based on:
- Whether you select the Starter or Scale plan
- The number of active clients with full coaching access
- Any additional team members beyond the number included with your plan
Basic, Offline, Deactivated, and Pending clients are not included in your active client count.
Each FitMetrics plan has a minimum monthly charge. This minimum still applies if your active client count is below the plan minimum. Visit the FitMetrics plans and pricing page to compare current pricing, plan minimums, and included team members.
FitMetrics updates your active client count throughout the month. If the number changes, a prorated adjustment may appear on your next invoice based on when the change occurred.
How to Cancel FitMetrics
To stop FitMetrics from renewing:
- Sign in to ABC Trainerize on the web.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Locate FitMetrics and select Cancel auto-renew.
- Complete the cancellation survey and select Cancel My Subscription.
- Review and select the required acknowledgements.
- Select Agree to confirm.
You can continue using FitMetrics until the end of your 14-day trial or current paid month.
Cancelling the FitMetrics add-on does not cancel your ABC Trainerize plan or remove your clients, programs, messages, or other Trainerize information.
What Happens If I Change My ABC Trainerize Plan?
You can continue using FitMetrics if you move between Grow, Pro, and Studio plans.
If you cancel Trainerize and move to a Free plan, your FitMetrics add-on will be cancelled automatically. You can continue using FitMetrics until the end of your current paid month.
