How FitMetrics Works With ABC Trainerize
FitMetrics connects to your ABC Trainerize account and uses information from your business to support its coaching, reporting, and automation tools. It adds an AI-powered layer to your existing Trainerize data and client experience.
ABC Trainerize remains the platform where you manage your clients, training programs, and core coaching services. FitMetrics provides coaching tools that support client management, coaching workflows, and automations.
Your clients keep using the ABC Trainerize app they already have. FitMetrics adds new capability on the coach's side of the dashboard.
What Can You Do With Fitmetrics?
Available features depend on your FitMetrics plan. FitMetrics can help you:
- Manage check-ins and client messages: FitMetrics can draft replies to client check-ins using their Trainerize data. You can review and adjust each reply before it is sent.
- Provide meal analysis and feedback: Clients can take a photo of a meal and receive an instant macro breakdown and feedback. The meal is then logged in their ABC Trainerize meal history.
- Monitor client activity: Use Smart Views and compliance tracking to see client status at a glance and identify clients who may need attention.
- Automate coaching tasks: Use automations for repetitive coaching tasks, including check-ins, rule-based macro adjustments, and workout plan updates. You control the rules each automation follows.
- Improve visibility across your team: Studios and multi-coach businesses can review coach-client conversations from a unified view.

How Does FitMetrics Use AI?
FitMetrics uses AI to draft check-in replies, analyze meal photos, assist with macro and calorie adjustments, and support workout planning.
FitMetrics can use a client’s Trainerize data, check-in history, and conversation thread to create responses and suggestions that reflect the individual client. By default, you can review and adjust an AI-drafted check-in reply before it is sent.
Not every FitMetrics capability depends on AI. Smart Views, compliance tracking, unified team visibility, and rule-based automations also help you organize client information and manage coaching workflows.
The features and level of automation available depend on your FitMetrics plan and how you configure the product. You choose which tools and automations to use.
FitMetrics Plans and Pricing
FitMetrics offers two plan options: Starter and Scale. Both plans work with a connected ABC Trainerize business and provide access to FitMetrics coaching, automation, and AI tools.
Scale includes additional advanced automation, team, integration, and AI capabilities that are not available with Starter.

How to Get Started With FitMetrics
FitMetrics signup begins in ABC Trainerize on the web and must be completed by the business owner.
- Sign in to your ABC Trainerize owner account on the web.
- Navigate to the FitMetrics tab from the left navigation menu.
- Select Start 14-day Trial.
