Threshold Alerts help you stay on top of high-touch client activity in real time, without the need of constantly checking their dashboards and account logs.
When enabled, you will receive in-app notifications based on specific client actions, allowing you to response quickly, reinforce habits, and support clients at the right moment.
These alerts are designed to:
- Highlight important client behaviors as they happen
- Reduce manual monitoring
- Help you deliver timely, high-impact coaching touch points
What Alert Types are Available?
You can enable the following Threshold Alert types:
1. Meal Log Alerts
- Receive a notification each time a client logs a meal.
- Notifications are limited to one every 15 minutes per client.
- Clicking the notification will open the logged meal directly.
2. Calorie Threshold Alerts
- Receive a notification when a client exceeds a defined percentage of their daily calorie goal.
- You will receive one notification per day per client.
- Clicking the notification will open the logged meal that caused the threshold to be exceeded.
- Thresholds can be customized between 10% and 200% of the client's caloric goal.
