Common Troubleshooting Steps
- Verify Permission Settings
Ensure that ABC Trainerize has the necessary permissions to access your Google Health Connect Data.
- Open the Samsung Health app on your Android device.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner and select Settings.
- Click on Health Connect > App Permissions.
- Select ABC Trainerize.
- Ensure "Allow all" permissions are toggled ON.
If any permissions are disabled, enable them and return to the ABC Trainerize app to test syncing again.
2. Refresh Data Sync
Manually refreshing the connection can often resolve syncing delays.
- Open the ABC Trainerize app and tap your Profile picture in the top left corner.
- Scroll down to Health Connect.
- Select the Sync Now button.
Allow for a few moments for the sync to complete, then check if your data has been updated.
3. Update Your Apps
- Ensure you have the latest versions of both the Health Connect app and ABC Trainerize apps.
- Check for any available updates in the app store and install them if necessary.
Disconnecting the Integration
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, follow the steps below to disconnect and then reconnect your Google Health Connect integration.
- Disconnect the integration by first turning off all permissions from Google Health Connect to ABC Trainerize.
- To do so, navigate to the Samsung Health app and select the three-dot icon in the upper right corner. From there, select Settings > Health Connect > App Permissions. Click ABC Trainerize and toggle off the "Allow all" option.
- A pop-up window will appear, confirming the changes. From here, select "Also delete ABC Trainerize data from Health Connect" and click Remove All.
Reconnecting the Integration
After reinstalling, reconnect the Google Health Connect integration within the ABC Trainerize app.
- Open the ABC Trainerize app.
- Tap your Profile Photo in the top left corner.
- Scroll down to Health Connect.
- Tap Connect.
- Enable all requested permissions.
