With the ABC Trainerize Apple Watch App, clients can view, manage and cancel appointments directly from their watch. Trainers can also use the app to manage appointments with additional options for recurring sessions.
Viewing Appointments
For Clients:
Clients can easily see their scheduled appointments under the Things To Do Today section. This provides a quick overview of all upcoming events for the day, including scheduled workouts, cardio activities, habits, and appointments.

For Trainers:
Trainers can also view appointments scheduled for the day under the same Things To Do Today section on their end.

Cancelling Appointments
For Clients:
Cancellation logic on the Apple Watch app follows the same rules as on the web or mobile app. Clients must meet specific conditions to see the cancel button:
- If the trainer has not enabled self-cancellation for the appointment, the Cancel button will not appear.
- If the appointment is from the past or too close to the start time, the Cancel button will not appear.
If the appointment is well before the start time and cancellation is allowed:
- For 1-1 sessions using a session credit, the credit will be refunded and trainer will be notified.
- For 1-1 sessions not using a session credit, the session will be cancelled and trainer will be notified.
For Trainers:
Trainers can also cancel appointments directly on their Apple Watch app. When canceling an appointment, there will be an option to refund the session credit (if applicable) to the client.
A confirmation of appointment cancellation will pop-up regardless of a refund or not.
Trainers can also cancel recurring appointments on the Watch app as well. Recurring appointments can be canceled the same way as single appointments, with the following additional options available:
- Cancel just one event.
- Cancel the selected appointment and all future appointments.
- Cancel the entire series (both past and future sessions).
