To ensure the seamless operation of your Studio/Enterprise Custom Branded App, it's essential to stay informed about specific emails from Apple regarding your Developer Account.
This guide highlights the critical emails you must pay attention to and explains the necessary actions to keep your app up to date.
Important Apple Emails Requiring Your Attention
There are two emails from Apple that you will need to pay attention to:
- Apple Membership Expiry and Renewal ($99 every 12 months)
- Agreeing to Apple Terms (sent periodically)
It is your responsibility to keep your account up-to-date by paying your annual developer fee and responding promptly to any urgent requests from Apple, such as updates to their terms of service. All other communication (e.g., app notices and rejection emails) will be handled by us directly. If new terms are not accepted and account fees are not paid, your app is at risk of being removed from the App Store by Apple.
We recommend logging in to your Apple Developer Account reguarly to check for any notices. If any urgent issues are pending, you'll see a banner displayed across the top of the screen after logging in.
