Setting a Target for Cardio Activities

- With a target: Tap the three dots on the right of the activity name to set a target.
Depending on the type of cardio activity, clients have the option to choose from the following targets:
- Performance Cardio Activities
For distance-based activities like running, walking, cycling, rowing and elliptical:
- Set a Distance target
- Set a Time target
2. Non-Performance Cardio Activities
For all other activities, including yoga, dancing, etc:
- Only a Time target can be set
Note: Personal best achievements are not available for non-performance activities.
Indoor/Outdoor Selection
After choosing a cardio activity, clients can specify whether it's an indoor or outdoor session if applicable to the activity. All non-performance activities are considered indoor activities. Performance activities can be either indoor or outdoor.
Activities started on the iOS app instead of the Watch are automatically tracked as indoor activities, which means distance, speed, and pace will not be recorded.
