This update includes a redesigned interface, simplified navigation, and clearer action buttons throughout the app. This article outlines what has changed and what you can expect with our new mobile app experience.
Note: to see the new mobile design, all users must be on version 7.206 or later.

How Do My Clients and I Get the App Update?
All Users:
To enjoy the updated design, simply ensure your app is on version 7.206 or later. Once updated, the new experience will appear automatically.
Studio/Enterprise Custom Branded Apps:
If you haven't already, confirm that the latest Apple Terms & Conditions have been accepted for your Apple Developer Account.
Encourage your team members and clients to update to the latest app version so they can access the refreshed design.
Note: Existing custom logos, colours, and branding will remain the same within the an upgraded app experience.
FAQ
My app does not show the new redesign. What do I do?
- Please confirm that you are on version 7.206 or later. If you have a Studio or Enterprise Custom Branded App, ensure your Apple Term's and Conditions have been accepted.
Where can my clients locate their account/profile settings now?
- Client settings have moved from the previous More (three-dot) menu in the old layout. All settings are now consolidated under a redesigned Profile section.
- Clients can access their account details, notification settings, connected devices and more by tapping their Profile photo in the top left corner of their mobile app.
