What is the Rewards Program?
- The MyFitnessPal x ABC Trainerize rewards program is a way for you to share MyFitnessPal Premium with your clients and get rewarded for it!
- When you give clients an Offer Redemption Code, they’ll enjoy a discount on a 12-month Premium subscription; and every time a new client signs up, you’ll earn Reward Credits that lower your monthly ABC Trainerize fees.
Am I eligible to join the Rewards Program?
To join the Rewards Program, you’ll need to:
- Both you and your clients need to be located in the U.S. to redeem the offer.
- Be at least 18 years old.

Have an active ABC Trainerize account in good standing (no outstanding balance).
How it works

If they’re new to MyFitnessPal, you’ll earn Reward Credits for the referral.
What are Reward Credits?
- Reward Credits are a way to reduce your Trainerize subscription fees.
- Each new client who redeems a code earns you $1.50 USD in Reward Credits.
- Credits can only be applied to your monthly Trainerize subscription invoice.
- They’re automatically applied each month and stop once they cover the full cost of your subscription.

Important note: Codes can only be shared with your actual clients to redeem rewards credits– otherwise the credits will be void.
How do my clients redeem the offer?
- Clients can redeem the offer by visiting the partnership landing page via the link sent in-app, shown in banners, or delivered through notifications. They can use it when signing up for MyFitnessPal Premium or Premium.
- Once a code is used, it can’t be redeemed again.

When a client redeems a code and becomes a new Premium or Premium subscriber, you’ll receive Reward Credits that lower your ABC Trainerize subscription cost.
Can my Offer Redemption Codes Expire?
- Yes! If you do not use your Offer Redemption Codes, they will expire after six months.

The Offer Redemption Codes that you receive can’t be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
What if my client cancels their MyFitnessPal subscription purchased with the offer?

Reward Credits will only apply if your client remains an active, paying Premium or Premium+ subscriber on MyFitnessPal.

If your client cancels, the Reward Credits from that referral will no longer apply.
Can Reward Credits be combined with other promotions?

Reward Credits can only be used toward your ABC Trainerize subscription and can’t be combined with other offers.
