The ABC Trainerize x ABC Glofox integration makes it easy to manage your schedule by automatically syncing 1-on-1 appointments created in Glofox to your Trainerize account. This ensures all client appointments are visible in both platforms, reducing duplicate bookings, scheduling conflicts, and communication gaps.
Once a client's Glofox membership is synced with Trainerize, you can deliver a seamless client experience, from managing memberships and appointments to delivering digital training.

How Appointment Sync Works
- The integration is a one-way sync of appointments from Glofox to Trainerize.
- If an appointment is edited or cancelled in Glofox, the changes will reflect in Trainerize. Glofox appointments cannot be edited or deleted from Trainerize.
- Only 1-on-1 appointments are supported with the integration. Classes and group appointments are not supported.
- Glofox credit packs are not supported.
How to Sync Appointments from Glofox to Trainerize
Once a client's Glofox membership is synced to Trainerize and they have set up their Trainerize account, any new appointment bookings in Glofox will automatically appear in the client's Trainerize account. This ensures a consistent and streamlined scheduling experience across both Glofox and Trainerize moving forward.
Note: Appointments booked before a Glofox membership is synced to Trainerize will not appear. Only appointments booked after a Glofox membership has been synced will be brought over.
1. Create and schedule a new 1-1 appointment in Glofox.
2. The appointment will automatically appear in the client's Trainerize Calendar and "Things To Do Today" section.
3. The client will receive an in-app notification in Trainerize once the new appointment is added.
Managing and Deleting Appointments
All synced appointments are managed directly in Glofox. Because the sync is one-way:
- You cannot delete, edit, or reschedule a synced appointment from Trainerize.
- If you cancel or delete an appointment in Glofox, it will be automatically removed from Trainerize.
- Clients will recieve an updated notification in Trainerize if their appointment is cancelled or rescheduled via Glofox.
