The ABC Trainerize x ABC Glofox integration automatically syncs 1-on-1 appointments created in Glofox to your Trainerize account. This ensures all client appointments are visible in both platforms, helping you avoid duplicate bookings, scheduling conflicts, and communication gaps.
Once a client's Glofox membership is synced with Trainerize, you can deliver a seamless client experience, from managing memberships and appointments to delivering digital training.

How Appointment Sync Works
- The integration is a one-way sync of appointments from Glofox to Trainerize.
- If an appointment is edited or cancelled in Glofox, the changes will reflect in Trainerize. Glofox appointments cannot be edited or deleted from Trainerize.
- Only 1-on-1 appointments (in person or video calling) are supported with the integration. Classes and group appointments are not supported.
How to Sync Appointments from Glofox to Trainerize
Before setting up appointment syncing, ensure your clients Glofox memberships are synced to Trainerize and they have set up their Trainerize account.
Appointments booked before a Glofox membership is synced to Trainerize will not appear. Only appointments booked after a Glofox membership has been synced will be brought over.
Follow the steps below to sync appointments from Glofox:
1. On your ABC Trainerize web account, navigate to the Add-ons tab and select Integrations.
2. Under 'ABC Glofox' and select the Manage button.
3. Scroll to 'Synced Appointment Types' and click the blue Add button to view all available appointments from your Glofox account.
4. In the new window, select the appointments you want to sync.
- If the appointment is a Video Call, ensure you have selected the Video call option to enable the functionality.
- You cannot edit the video call option afterwards unless the appointment is deleted and resynced.
5. Click Save to sync the selected appointments from Glofox.
Your ABC Glofox appointments will now automatically sync over to ABC Trainerize.
Please Note: Edits made to appointments in Glofox will update in Trainerize, however, edits cannot be made to appointments within Trainerize.
What Happens After Setting Up Appointment Syncing
Once appointment syncing is set up in Trainerize for Glofox appointments:
1. Create and schedule a new 1-1 appointment in Glofox.
2. The appointment will automatically appear in the client's Trainerize Calendar and "Things To Do Today" section.
3. The client will receive an in-app notification in Trainerize once the new appointment is added.
Managing and Deleting Appointments
All synced appointments are managed directly in Glofox. Because the sync is one-way:
- You cannot delete, edit, or reschedule a synced appointment from Trainerize.
- If you cancel or delete an appointment in Glofox, it will be automatically removed from Trainerize.
- Clients will recieve an updated notification in Trainerize if their appointment is cancelled or rescheduled via Glofox.
