How Membership Sync Works
Once connected, any new membership purchased in Glofox will:
- Automatically add the client to your ABC Trainerize account.
- Send an invitation to the client to join your ABC Trainerize app.
- Assign them to the appropriate trainer and training program (if automations are configured).
- Sync membership changes (such as cancellations and start dates) automatically in Trainerize.
The integration is a one-way sync from Glofox to Trainerize. Changes made within ABC Trainerize will not update memberships in ABC Glofox.
How to Set Up Membership Sync

On your ABC Trainerize web account, navigate to the Add-ons tab and select Integrations.

Under 'ABC Glofox' and hit the grey Manage button.
