How to Connect Apple Health to ABC Trainerize
Follow these steps to connect your Apple Health app to ABC Trainerize and start syncing wearable data.
1. Connect Your Wearable or Fitness App to Apple Health
If you use an Apple Watch:
- No additional setup is required.
- Apple Watch automatically syncs with Apple Health.
If you use a third-party app or wearable:
- Ensure that your wearable device is connected to it's own app (i.e. Fitbit watch to the Fitbit app, Garmin watch to the Garmin Connect app, etc.)

2. Allow Apple Health Permission to Your Wearable or Fitness App

3. Connect Apple Health in the ABC Trainerize App
Open the ABC Trainerize mobile app and tap your Profile picture in the top-left corner. Scroll down to Apple Health, and tap Open Health App.
On the Apple Health app permissions screen, tap on Turn All Categories On and then hit Allow at the top right.
4. Confirm Your Activities are Syncing
Once permissions are granted, you will be redirected back to the ABC Trainerize app, where you will receive confirmation of data syncing.
Where to Find Apple Health Data

In addition to wearable data, clients can also use the ABC Trainerize app directly on their Apple Watch to start tracking workouts and cardio activity from their watch.
