What is Apple Health with ABC Trainerize?
Apple Health links your wearable’s app (like Fitbit, Garmin, or Samsung Health) to ABC Trainerize, so your fitness data syncs automatically.
By connecting your wearable’s companion app to Apple Health, your steps, heart rate, sleep, cardio/workout activities (BETA), and more will automatically sync to ABC Trainerize—no manual tracking needed!

Steps to Connect Apple Health to ABC Trainerize:
Follow these steps to connect your Apple Health app to ABC Trainerize and start syncing wearable data:
1. Connect your wearable to it's app.
- First, ensure that your wearable device is connected to it's own app (Apple Health, the Fitbit app, Garmin Connect, etc.)

2. Set-up your Wearables or Fitness Apps with Apple Health:
- If you are using a wearable or app from another FitTech company (Strava, All Trails, etc) you will need to give permission for your Wearable/Fitness App to share data with Apple Health >

3. Connect Apple Health with ABC Trainerize
- Open your mobile app, and click on the More section (three dots menu icon) at the bottom right of the screen on the mobile app, scroll down to Apple Health, and then tap Connect.
- On the Apple Health app permissions screen, tap on Turn All Categories On and then hit Allow at the top right.
4. Confirm Your Activities are Syncing
- Once permissions are granted, you will be redirected back to the ABC Trainerize app, where you will receive confirmation of data syncing.
What Data Syncs Over?
Once connected, Apple Health data will automatically start syncing over. This synced data includes:
- Steps
- Sleep
- Calories burned
- Lean body mass
- Blood pressure
- Resting heart rate
- Workout Activities (BETA)
- Example: Running, Volleyball, Biking, Rock Climbing and more.

Where to Find Apple Health Data

Using the ABC Trainerize Watch App (Apple Watch)
In addition to wearable data, clients can also use the ABC Trainerize app directly on their Apple Watch to start tracking workouts and cardio activity from their watch.
