The ABC Trainerize Apple Health integration allows clients to sync fitness and health data from their Apple Watch. In order to sync data from Apple Watch, clients must first connect their Apple Health app.

Steps to Connect Apple Health
Follow these steps to connect your Apple Health app to ABC Trainerize and start syncing wearable data:
1. Click on the More section (three dots menu icon) at the bottom right of the screen on the mobile app, scroll down to Apple Health, and then tap Connect.
2. On the Apple Health app permissions screen, tap on Turn All Categories On and then hit Allow at the top right.
3. Once permissions are granted, you will be redirected back to the ABC Trainerize app, where you will receive confirmation of data syncing.
What Data Syncs Over?
Once connected, Apple Health data will automatically start syncing over. This synced data includes:
- Steps
- Sleep
- Calories burned
- Lean body mass
- Blood pressure
- Resting heart rate

Where to Find Apple Health Data
