The ABC Trainerize Experts Program helps connect you with experienced professionals who can support different areas of your training business, whether you’re just getting started or looking to scale. Experts are vetted specialists you can hire to assist with specific projects, saving you time and helping you move faster with confidence.
Experts can support a wide range of needs, including website design, custom mobile app file formatting, sales funnel optimization, workflow automation, and more.
How to Hire an Expert
To browse and connect with an Expert:
- From the left-hand menu, select Add-ons and click Hire an Expert.
- Browse the list of features Experts.
- You can use the filter to narrow Experts by location and skill type, making it easier to find the right fit for what you need.
Each Expert profile may include links to external platforms such as their Upwork profile, personal website, or another portfolio page. These links can provide additional details, including:
Past work examples
Areas of specialization
Rates/pricing information

Connecting with an Expert
When you’re ready to move forward:
Click Connect on the Expert you’d like to work with.
Complete the project details in the pop-up window.
Review and acknowledge the Hire an Expert Terms.
Select Connect with the Expert to submit your request.
Once submitted, your connection request will be sent to the Expert.
Working with an Expert
After submitting your request, you’ll be connected with your Expert via email. This email conversation is where you’ll:
Discuss project scope and requirements
Ask questions and align on expectations
Confirm timelines and payment details
Once the project is completed, you’ll receive a feedback survey where you can share your experience working with the Expert.
How Payment Works
Payment is not handled through ABC Trainerize. You’ll arrange payment directly with your Expert after you’re connected. Payment terms and methods are agreed upon solely between you and the Expert.
