How do I redeem an offer or discount?
To redeem a special offer or discount, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Log into the Trainerize web app.
STEP 2: In the left-hand menu, click on the "Add-ons" section.
STEP 3: Click on the "Education Partners" tab.
STEP 4: Locate the offer or discount you want to redeem and click on the blue button that says "Learn More".
When you click on the button, you will be prompted with our Education Partner Terms.
Click "Agree" and you will be redirected to the Education Partner's website where you can follow their purchase/check-out process to access the resource and apply the special offer or discount.
I'm unable to redeem an offer or discount. Who do I contact for help?
As outlined in our Education Partner Terms, the offers and discounts are provided by and managed by the Education Partners directly.
If you're having issues redeeming an offer or discount, please contact the Education Partner directly. (For example, if you are trying to redeem an offer on the ACE Behavior Change Specialist Program, please contact ACE's support team directly.)
If a button on the web app Education Partner page is not working, please contact the Trainerize support team.
Do the Education Partner Program offers or discounts expire?
Some offers and discounts included in the Education Partner Program have expiration dates or are available only in a limited quantity. If that is the case, you will see details about the offer's expiration or redemption rules included in the offer's description.
