How to Start a Workout or Cardio Activity
It's important to note that workouts or cardio tracked via the default Apple Watch workout app or other watch fitness apps will not sync back to a client's ABC Trainerize account. Clients must use the ABC Trainerize Apple Watch app to track and sync workouts and cardio activities. For more details, please visit: Why Doesn't My Apple Workout Show on ABC Trainerize?

What Data Appears While Tracking a Workout on the Watch App?
As clients complete a workout on the ABC Trainerize Apple Watch app, there is an accompanying tracker to both guide and record progress.
