- Currently canceled client memberships are being synced into Trainerize. Our team is actively working to fix this. In the meantime, please use recurring services to sync clients or manual sync from the Clients tab.
- Clients whose recurring services or memberships expired in DataTrak will not be automatically deactivated Trainerize. Please use Product End automation attached to the products to determine actions that should happen when the product expires in the DataTrak.
