How do I enable the MyFitnessPal Rewards Program: 
 

• Navigate to the Settings Tab > Select the Permissions tab from the secondary column menu > Scroll to Client Permissions > Under Other check the “Allow display of MyFitnessPal discounted offer on my clients app” option >  
   
  
• Once you have checked this off in your permissions, the offer will be visible to clients that you choose to notify– see how in the next step.   
  
  

How do I share the rewards program with my Clients? 
 

• Navigate to the Add-ons tab > Select the Integrations tab from the secondary column menu > Scroll down to the MyFitnessPal integration > Hit the blue Notify Clients button > 
  
  
   
• Select Manually pick clients to choose individual clients to notify of the offer OR Select Notify all clients using MyFitnessPal to notify your clients using MyFitnessPal for their nutrition tracking > 
   
  • Select “Exclude already notified clients” if you would like to exclude clients who have already been made aware of the offer > 
     
  • Select “Allow display of MyFitnessPal discounted offer on my clients app” to show the offer where applicable (See: next step for more information) > 
     

  • Accept the Terms & Conditions of the Offer Program > 

    
    
     

• Hit the blue Notify Button to notify clients of the MyfitnessPal discount offer>  
  
  

What notifications will clients receive after I notify them about the MyFitnessPal Premium offer?
 

Once you’ve enabled the offer in your permissions and selected clients to notify (who don’t already have MyFitnessPal Premium), they’ll receive an in-app notification, a push notification, and see a banner: 

• Push Notifications: 
   
  • Sent to clients one time, after the offer has been turned on in the settings > 
    
    
• In-App Notification: 
   
  • Sent to clients one time, after the offer has been turned on in the settings > 
    
     
    
    
• In-app Banner: Banner appears in app in a few key locations once offer has been turned on in the settings > See locations below:

• Clients can temporarily hide or close the offer banner if they do not wish to see it by tapping it > Selecting from the menu options > 
   

  
  
  

What will my client’s see when they redeem the MyFitnessPal Premium offer? 
 

When a client clicks the offer link from their notification or the in-app banner, they’ll be taken to the MyFitnessPal offer page:

• On the offer page, they can redeem 25% off their subscription by clicking the blue Redeem Now button (the discount code will be applied automatically) >  
  
   
  
  
• After redeeming the MyFitnessPal Premium offer, clients will see an in-app notification prompting them to refresh the app in order to access the MyFitnessPal Premium insights in the nutrition centre!

• In addition to the nutrition centre dashboard– three widgets will be available to MyFitnessPal Premium Users exclusively.
