Auto-messages in ABC Trainerize are a powerful tool to help keep clients engaged and informed- without the effort of sending messages manually. It's important to understand who these messages come from.
Which Trainer Does an Auto-Message Come From?
Auto-messages scheduled in a Master Program or Client's calendar will always come from the client's assigned trainer.
Site-wide auto messages within Settings > Auto Messages and Events will also be sent from the client's assigned trainer.
This ensures that the communication remains consistent and personalized for a client, regardless of who originally created the program or scheduled the auto-message.
Example Scenario:
If an account owner creates a Master Program and schedules auto-messages on the calendar, a client subscribed to this program will receive messages from their assigned trainer and not the account owner.
Time Zone Considerations
It's important to note that scheduled auto messages are delivered to clients based on their local time zone. For example, if you are in a different time zone than your client and schedule a message to be sent at 8:00 AM, it will be delivered at 8:00 AM in the client's local time zone.
