How Can Clients Update Their Billing Information?

As a client, if you need to update your billing information for a product purchased through your Trainer on ABC Trainerize, please note that this can only be done on the web version of your account. Clients cannot update billing information via the mobile app.

Updating Billing Information on the Web

To update your billing information, navigate to your Trainer's login web page. The web address will look like {businessname}.trainerize.com. From there, sign in using your email address and password. This will be the same credentials you use for the mobile app.

Once logged in on the web:

  1. Select your profile picture in the top right-hand corner to access the 'My Account' area.
  2. From your account menu, select Payment Information.
  3. Within this section, you can update your payment information.

Alternate Ways to Access Your Web Account

  • If you do not know your Trainer's web address, please reach out to them directly.
  • If you use two-way messaging within the ABC Trainerize platform, you can start a conversation with your Trainer by clicking on your Trainer's profile photo icon within the mobile app
    • If two-way messaging is not available, we suggest using alternative communication channels such as phone, email, website or social media channels.
  • You can also utilize the ABC Trainerize Account Lookup to find your account with your Trainer. Enter the email address associated with your account and click the 'Find Me' button. This will locate your account and redirect you to your Trainer's login page.

If you have any additional questions regarding your account, membership, or payment, please reach out to your Trainer directly.

"The Payment Information Is Not Showing On My Web Account. What Do I Do?"

If you log into your account on the web and notice the "Payment Information" tab is missing, it's possible that your Trainer's Stripe account is not live or requires action. Please contact your Trainer directly for further assistance.
