- Ensure that your Apple Health/Watch app is up to date: It is important to have the latest version of the Apple Health/Watch app installed on your device. Check for any available updates in the App Store and install them if necessary.
- Disconnect the integration by first turning off all permissions from Apple Health to ABC Trainerize. To do this, please use the search function on iOS to find Health > Click your Profile Icon in the Top Right > Under Privacy, tap Apps and Services > Select our App > TapTurn Off All.
- Next, delete and then reinstall both the ABC Trainerize and Apple Health apps. After uninstalling and reinstalling both the ABC Trainerize Fitness App and Apple Health, please proceed to the next step to reconnect the integration between the two.
- Go back to the More section at the bottom right of the screen on the mobile app, scroll down to Apple Health, and then tap Connect.
