At ABC Trainerize, we strive to provide a seamless and integrated fitness experience. However, you may notice that when using your Apple Watch to track Apple Workouts, cardio events for that workout do not appear on your account.
This article aims to explain the reasons behind this and provide insights into how you can optimize your fitness tracking within ABC Trainerize.
Why Apple Workouts Don't Integrate
- Data Flow Restriction: The one-way sync restricts the flow of data back into ABC Trainerize, making it challenging to pull in workout data from external sources like Apple Workouts.
-
Privacy and Security: One-way sync prioritizes the security and privacy of client data by limiting external access to the Trainerize platform.
Optimizing Fitness Tracking in ABC Trainerize
- Manual Entry: Once your Apple Workout is complete, manually log the data collected within the ABC Trainerize app for a comprehensive fitness record.
-
Utilize ABC Trainerize Apple Watch Integration and Watchface: Begin your cardio workout on the ABC Trainerize Apple Watch App instead rather than the Apple Workout app. This will ensure that the data collected during the workout is present on your account.
