How Do I Delete My Account?

As an account owner, you can permanently delete your account through the Settings > Billing section of your ABC Trainerize web account.  

Please note that after following the steps below, you will not be able to recover any account data if you choose to come back to ABC Trainerize. This action is permanent and your account, including client information, cannot be restored.

Steps to Permanently Remove Your ABC Trainerize Business

1. Login to your ABC Trainerize web account.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab in the bottom left-hand corner.
3. Select Billing.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Permanently remove my Trainerize business.
5. You will be prompted to fill out an exit survey.
6. After completing the exit survey, select Delete My Business. You will need to enter your account password to confirm and finalize the process. 
7. Once the deletion process is complete, you will receive confirmation that your account and all associated data have been permanently removed and cannot be recovered. You will also no longer receive any communication from ABC Trainerize.
