At ABC Trainerize, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient service for our users. One aspect of that experience is our billing process, including how billing dates are set. Billing dates are fixed and cannot be manually changed.
In this guide, we'll explain why ABC Trainerize cannot accommodate requests to change billing dates and the steps you can take if you need a different billing date.
Can I Change My Billing Date?
Billing dates cannot be changed or customized. Your billing date is automatically set based on the day you first started your paid ABC Trainerize subscription.
Why Billing Date Changes Are Not Possible
- Automated Billing Systems: ABC Trainerize operates on an automated billing system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in processing payments. Changing individual billing dates can disrupt the automated workflow and lead to errors.
- Resource Allocation: The allocation of resources, both human and technical, is carefully planned to support the smooth operation of our platform. Changing billing dates for individual users requires additional resources and can impact the overall efficiency of our system.
- Billing Cycle Predictability: A consistent billing cycle provides predictability for both ABC Trainerize and our users. It allows us to plan and deliver continuous service, updates, and improvements. Deviating from a standardized billing cycle can introduce complexity and challenges in maintaining a reliable service.
For these reasons, our support team is unable to move, delay, or reset billing dates.
How to Change Your Billing Date
If your current billing date doesn't work for you, the only way to reset your billing date is to cancel your paid subscription and re-subscribe on your preferred date.
1. Cancel your paid subscription
- Your paid subscription plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period
2. Wait until your account is on the Free plan
- Once your paid plan has fully ended, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and you will not longer be billed.
3. Re-upgrade to a paid plan on your preferred date
- The day you upgrade again becomes your new billing date going forward
Important:
To avoid disruptions to your business, plan ahead before cancelling your subscription plan in order to change your billing date. When your account is downgraded to the Free plan, access to paid add-on features and active client seats will end.
