Due to a current high volume of blog submissions, it may take upwards of 20 business to have your submission vetted and then approved. You will receive an email when your article is published.
Submitting an Article
- Log onto your ABC Trainerize web account and select your name/profile photo in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select My Account.
- From the My Account menu, click on the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the very bottom of your profile page until you reach the "Articles" subsection.
- Click on Submit An Article.
Use the article editor to compose your article. You can use both text and images as you work. If you need to pause and return later, click the Save Draft button. This will save your article as a draft that you can find and edit later in your profile.

Ensure that your article is complete before you click "Submit For Review." Once you submit your article you will no longer be able to edit it.
Once your article has been submitted, it goes under review by our editors. Once approved, you will be notified when the article is published.
Your article will appear at the bottom of your Trainerize.me profile (both the live version on Trainerize.me and at the bottom of your settings page inside your Trainerize account). It will also appear on our blog located at https://www.trainerize.me/articles/.
Adding a Blog to Your Trainerize.me Profile
You can also add a "Blog" tab to your Trainerize.me profile that links to an external blog on any blogging platform.
- Log onto your ABC Trainerize web account and navigate to Settings > About.
- Within the About tab, scroll down to the "Website and Social Media" subsection.
- Click on the Edit button on the right.
- Add the full URL of your blog under the Blog section (ie. http://www.yourblog.com).
- Click Save.
