How Do I Enable/Disable My Trainerize.me Profile?

Trainerize.me landing pages are automatically enabled for the account owner and any trainers that have been added to an account. The account owner has the ability to disable Trainerize.me profiles for all accounts within the business permission settings. Individual trainers are also free to enable/disable their own profile as needed. 

Disabling All Trainerize.me Landing Pages Account-Wide

To disable Trainerize.me landing pages for all accounts, business-wide, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ABC Trainerize web account.
2. Navigate to the Settings > Permissions tab from the left-hand menu.
3. Scroll down to find the section labeled Business Permissions.
4. Select the checkbox for "Disable all Trainerize.me landing pages".
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the settings.

Please note that this change may take an hour to apply to all Trainerize.me pages.

 

Enabling/Disabling Trainerize.me Landing Pages for Individual Profiles

Individual accounts also have the option to adjust their Trainerize.me profile status. Keep in mind that if the business permission settings above disable Trainerize.me landing pages account-wide, individual accounts cannot override this setting.  

To turn off your own Trainerize.me profile, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your ABC Trainerize web account.
2. Click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner after selecting your profile photo icon.
3. From the Account Menu, click on the Profile tab.
4. At the top of the page, you will see a link to your Trainerize.me profile along with the current status of the page. If enabled, you will see an option to disable the profile. If disabled, you will see an option to enable the profile.
