Forgetting your password can happen to the best of us. No worries! ABC Trainerize has made it easy for you to reset your password and regain access to your account. In this guide, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process.
Resetting Your Password
- Visit the Login Page in an Incognito Tab: Go to the ABC Trainerize login page at https://trainerize.com/login.aspx.
- Enter Your Email: Input the email address associated with your ABC Trainerize account or if you are a client of an ABC Trainerize customer the email associated with that account.
- Click "Find Me": Click on the "Find Me" button. This action will locate your account and redirect you to the Trainerize platform. Note, if you have multiple accounts select the correct account from the drop-down.
- Navigate to Forgot Password / Resend Invite: Once on your Trainerize account page, look for the "Forgot Password / Resend Invite" link. Click on it to initiate the password reset process.
- Check Your Email: You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don't see it in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the Reset Link: Follow the link provided in the email to set a new password for your ABC Trainerize account.
Important Tips
- Check Your Spam Folder: Emails sometimes end up in the spam or junk folder. If you don't see the password reset email in your inbox, be sure to check these folders.
- Try Again: If the first attempt is unsuccessful, don't worry. Try the process again, ensuring that you accurately enter your email and follow each step carefully.
- Reset Link Validity: The password reset link is active for 24 hours. Make sure to click on it and complete the password reset process within this timeframe. If a new reset link is generated, any existing links will no longer work.
- Multiple Accounts: If you have more than one account with ABC Trainerize you will need to either use an Incognito Tab, or clear your browser's cache and cookies, to ensure you are resetting the password for the account you are interested in.
